* semaphore.c (sem_trywait): Fix missing errno return
for systems that define NEED_SEM (e.g. early WinCE).
* mutex.c (pthread_mutex_timedlock): Return ENOTSUP
for systems that define NEED_SEM since they don't
have sem_trywait().
