(_pthread_destructor_run_all): Totally revamped TSD. * dll.c (_pthread_TSD_keys_TlsIndex): Initialise. * tsd.c (pthread_setspecific): Totally revamped TSD. (pthread_getspecific): Ditto. (pthread_create): Ditto. (pthread_delete): Ditto.
